Order Timeline

Our company designs all products and they are made and shipped by Printful within 3-5 DAYS, 1 WEEK.

Oftentimes, orders process faster than that but we can’t guarantee a faster processing time.

Made to Order vs. Pre-Made

Check a listing carefully to understand if a product is pre-made and ready to ship or if the product is ordered before it’s handmade.

Both are handmade but the pre-made is shipment ready while the made-to-order products take 3-5 DAYS, 1 WEEK to be created for you.

Handmade Disclaimer

The product(s) you receive might vary slightly from the product picture due to the nature of your product(s) being 100% handmade to order.

Care for your new product(s) by:

  • Wash in cold water, gentle cycle
  • No fabric softener
  • Hang dry

Your product(s) can be damaged if:

  • Washed in warm/hot water
  • Fabric softener is used
  • Tote bags aren’t hung to dry

Our products are made and shipped by Printful through:

* USPS, FedEx, DHL and other various carriers.

*Please note carrier is unable to be specified and will be chosen depending on delivery location.

Cost calculations

We do our best to apply fair shipping costs to each order.

**Free shipping is available on orders $50.00 and over**

Within the USA:

* Flat rate of $5.00

*Each additional item costs 0.75

To Canada:

*Flat rate of $8.00

*Each additional item costs $1.00

International from USA:

*Flat rate of $10.00

*Each additional item costs $1.00


Selecting expedited shipping during checkout does not ensure a faster processing time. Your product may still need 3-5 DAYS, 1 WEEK to be handmade.


According to Printful’s return policy-any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on Printful’s part are covered at their expense.

Reasons for Returns

Wrong Address – If you (our customer) provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to Printful’s facility. We (Silver Dragon) will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.

Unclaimed – Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to Printful’s facility and we (Silver Dragon) will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to you our customers.

Returned by Customer –Please before returning any of our products to Printful’s facility contact us. We do not refund/exchange orders for buyer’s remorse.  Size exchanges will only be offered at our discretion.  All new orders, for an updated size will be placed at our discretion.

*Personalized and/or customized goods are exempt from being returned unless the product arrives defective.

* Unclaimed returns will get donated to charity after 4 weeks by Printful.


*Silver Dragon does not offer refunds.  Only returns to Printful’s facility for misprinted/damaged/defected items.
